The 7th Annual Highlands East Arts & Crafts Tour will take you through the breathtaking scenery and the quaint communities of Cardiff, Highland Grove, Harcourt, Wilberforce, Tory Hill, Gooderham and Irondale in east Haliburton County - A Natural Work of Art.
